Hi everyone'
I love to eat healty food but not so munch food like fruits.In order to keep us
healty we have to eat a balance diet and try to eat more vegetables!unhealty food
like 'KFC' 'Macdonals' and 'Burger king' are what adults and children like us like
to eat a lot.It is important to eat healty food because it helps us keep fit.
Diseases are like high blood in sugar that may cause heart problem with oil.
It will help us keep us healty and helps us build strong bones.I like to eat
vegetables but do not really like some types of frutis like 'kiwi' 'grapes' 'orange'
and 'strawberries',they are tasty and juciy for us.I surpport the school
in encourage pupils to eat more fruits and veggie.I like to hold a program
for us.
